I just left a job from hell that was paying almost minimum wadge and one of the hardest office jobs. It was a payday loan company … And two days before I got hired at a Gas station( that pays 1.00 more an hour to start with 2 raises in 60 days) so… I am just wondering the stories of others because after 9 months in that office I FEEL LIKE A WEIGHT HAS BEEN LIFTED!

Same here dude, after all the conflicts in the telecommunication company i resigned and when i got back home it felt like heaven and i had an original smile on my face. Now i am getting paid a bit less but i am satisfied at my current job.
Infact resigning from that job opened my mind to see unlimited possibilities and I was able to set a new goal and career path.
Suggestions, when you make a decision use your heart but play it safe by taking calculated risks. Find the cause of discomfort by analyzing the issues at your former employer and try not to make the same mistakes again or you will end up in the same situation.
